CBC – Web

One of the perks of working at CBC is the flexibility of roles; as a journalist, I’ve been able to try on a variety of “hats.” Since starting at CBC Montreal in the fall of 2012, I’ve worked on the web desk as well as in the field as a radio and TV reporter.

From the tragic Lac-Mégantic train derailment to the deadly fire in L’Isle-Verte, I’ve covered many major breaking stories for cbc.ca.

On breaking stories, I work closely with the national desk to keep our web content updated, informative and engaging for our readers.

Here is a sample of stories that I have written and contributed to. CBC does not normally give bylines to its web journalists because the work is collaborative. In most cases, other web writers have updated or contributed to the stories below.
